Joseph Carmichael Z. Jugo is the president of Ayala Land Premier. For over 20 years in the company, he has been a part of various business lines, including business development for the retail and malls group, project development for the residential business group, project development for the leisure group, and sales for the local and international markets.
He graduated from the Ateneo de Manila with a degree in management economics in 1997 and completed his MBM (with distinction) from the Asian Institute of Management in 2002.
He attended the International Graduate Student Exchange Program at the Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth College in 2002, and completed the INSEAD Asian International Executive Programme in 2015.

Paolo O. Viray is the chief operating officer of Ayala Land Premier. With his expertise in business development, project development, marketing and sales, he has orchestrated the successful execution of various luxury residential developments, leisure communities, and golf course projects.
Prior to his appointment as COO, he was head of sales and marketing, president of AyalaLand Sales, and project development manager. He graduated from De La Salle University with a degree in civil engineering in 2003 and earned his MBA from Hult International Business School in 2014.

Alvin Anthony G. Odejar is Ayala Land Premier’s human and corporate resources group head. With over 21 years of experience in the human Resources field, he was pivotal in the success and growth of Ayala Land Premier by utilizing his keen ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals, and fostering a culture of engagement and excellence.
Before assuming his current role, he was the head of talent management and compensation and benefits. He graduated from the University of the Philippines - Diliman with a bachelor’s degree in business administration in 2001.
He was also part of the first cohort of the Harvard Business Publishing-led Emerging Ayala Group Leaders (EAGLE) Program in 2013 and became a certified facilitator of the Lego Serious Play methodology in 2023.

Kirsty Owens brings a wealth of knowledge with over two decades of expertise in Professional Indemnity (PI), Directors & Officers (D&O), and Public Liability (PL). Her extensive experience spans across prestigious underwriting and brokerage firms in Australia and London.
As the former State Manager for South Australia, Kirsty led a skilled team of underwriters dedicated to meeting the intricate insurance needs of brokers and clients in Adelaide. In her recent transition to the role of e-Business Manager, she applies her significant industry acumen to oversee the strategic growth and management of Berkley Insurance Australia's e-business distribution channels.
Kirsty holds a Business Degree and a Master's Degree, and is distinguished as a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF). Her appointment underscores BIA's focus on pioneering digital solutions in the insurance landscape.
