In his capacity, Martin Knoss represents the business interests of Bosch Powertrain Solutions in exploring future growth opportunities in the region. Born in Stuttgart, Germany, Knoss has spanned a 30-year career with Bosch in the company’s Mobility Solutions business sector. Prior to his current role, he held sales responsibilities for Bosch in the UK, and international postings in South Korea and China. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Stuttgart in Germany.

Daniel Glinka is responsible for all commercial departments at Bosch Hemaraj, including controlling, human resources, logistics and information coordination. The Bosch group is the leading automotive supplier worldwide. Together with his HR team, Glinka derived an HR Excellence strategy with focus topics such as talent development, smart work, cross-functional mindset, diversity, equity and inclusion. This strategy led to a benchmark retention of less than 3% turnover of key positions in 2021 and 2022. Prior to his current expat assignment at Bosch in Hemaraj, he was responsible for various senior logistics and controlling management positions worldwide at Bosch.

Srithai Srisaichon is head of the HR department for a Bosch location in Thailand, WHA Hemaraj plant. In her current role, she holds the responsibility of managing the entire HR spectrum for Powertrain Solution Thailand. With an extensive background encompassing industries such as petrochemical, pharmaceutical, automotive, and electronics, Srisaichon brings a wealth of broad and in-depth experiences to her position. Her diverse expertise equips her with the necessary insights and knowledge to navigate the complexities of HR management in a multifaceted business environment.

Brendan Sunderland holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and has over 30 years of experience in the automotive manufacturing industry. He began his career at Bosch in Australia and has since held various positions, including plant manager, while developing his expertise in the field. Throughout his career, he has worked on several international projects in countries such as Germany, China, Vietnam, and Thailand. One of his notable achievements was overseeing the completion of the new Hemaraj extension building from its initial conception to the final handover.

Kylie Quinlivan is general counsel and company secretary of hipages Group and a member of the executive team. This is her second role as general counsel of an ASX-listed company. Quinlivan is a top-tier trained corporate lawyer with over 17 years of experience in public and private M&A/transactional work, fundraising, and corporate governance. She is commercially oriented, curious, and with a demonstrated ability to understand complex matters quickly and communicate simply. Quinlivan is excited by hipages’ growth potential, its entrepreneurial spirit and conviction for creating a unique culture. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce/Laws (Honours) and a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney.

Keith Schlosser is global chief information officer at AXIS Capital, where he leads the company’s global information technology and data strategy. He is also responsible for driving change throughout the organisation by delivering high-quality, future-oriented IT services in line with AXIS Capital’s business strategy. Schlosser has more than 30 years of insurance industry experience, spanning roles in information technology, business solutions, marketing and sales. Prior to AXIS, he served as chief information officer for Chubb’s Overseas General Insurance division, where he spearheaded a number of growth, innovation, digital and change initiatives. Before that, he served as CIO at The Travelers Companies international division. Schlosser was also a vice president for marketing technology and web communications at AIG.

Dan Draper was appointed group chief underwriting officer in September 2022. He had previously served for more than two years as group head of underwriting at AXIS. Prior to that, he had been group chief risk and actuarial officer at VIBE. Before joining VIBE, Draper spent eight years with AXIS, holding a number of leadership roles that included group chief actuary, chief risk analytics officer, and insurance segment chief risk officer. Before that, he held managerial positions at the Financial Services Authority, XL Capital, and EY.
