Robert Foye has over 30 years of experience in the beverage sector and a wealth of expertise in managing market-leading businesses across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. As Accolade Wines’ CEO, he is responsible for the organization’s day-to-day operations, and is passionate about building world-class teams and driving growth through innovation and customer focus. Prior to joining Accolade, he was chief operating officer at Treasury Wine Estates, where he worked closely with senior management to drive annual results.
He holds a BA in Political Science and an MBA from Rice University in Houston, TX and has received the CPA, CFA and CMA designations.

With over 20 years in human resources and communications, Anjanette Murfet has set up and managed action-oriented internal corporate cultures across Australia, Asia, Africa, the UK, the US and Europe. Murfet has worked at a number of the biggest global FMCG businesses, including Kraft Foods, Sandoz and Coca-Cola, and held high-level HR and communications roles for Vodafone and GrainCorp, focusing on strategic, corporate and operational hands-on responsibilities.

Sandy Mayo is a strategic brand marketer and proven leader with over 25 years of experience across the global alcohol and beauty sectors. She has a strong track record in effectively driving brand equity and growth across different geographies at both regional and global levels. Prior to joining Accolade Wines, Mayo held roles at Diageo, Fosters, Treasury Wine Estates, Bacardi and Walgreens Boots Alliance. She is responsible for building and driving sustainable growth for Accolade’s brand portfolio, creating category-leading innovation, and collaborating closely with the company’s regions to develop plans that have an impact with consumers around the world.

With almost 20 years’ experience in the wine and spirits industry across all facets of supply chain and finance, Derek Nicol is a seasoned industry expert. He has collaborated across global and regional supply chains to lead and deliver network transformation projects. Key initiatives include building the supply chain to support growth in key emerging markets and successfully target and integrate acquisitions. Most recently, Nicol was the company’s chief supply chain officer. Prior to this, he held senior roles at Treasury Wine Estates, firstly as regional operating officer for EMEA and before that as supply chain director, EMEA and Asia.

In his role as managing director for ANZ, Clarke is responsible for the commercial running of the Accolade Wines business and leading the team within the region, driving market growth in the wine category through innovation and a customer-focused approach.
