Eileen Kershaw is the group head of human resources for ANCA, a world leader in the design and manufacture of CNC tool and cutter grinders. Based in Bayswater, Victoria, she is responsible for leading the people function across the ANCA Group’s businesses globally, with locations across Australia, Asia, Europe and the Americas. Prior to joining ANCA in 2019, Kershaw held senior HR roles across a number of businesses and industries, including airports, property and professional services. She is a certified member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.

Nicholas Doyle brings over 25 years’ experience in engineering, manufacturing, systems and quality to his role as General Manager of ANCA Manufacturing Solutions. Prior to this role, Nicholas moved from a CAD CAM Engineering role in Australia to Manufacturing Manager at ANCA CNC Machines Thailand after overseeing the transition of the existing plant to a larger facility. Nicholas is committed to developing a strong team focusing on customer satisfaction, a thriving employee cultures, cost reduction and process improvements.

Yanisa Ninlawong is an experienced financial controller with vast knowledge in the machinery industry. With over 15 years of experience at ANCA, Ninlawong was integral in establishing the company’s presence in Thailand in 2005 and has led the team as general manager since 2016. Moore’s goal is to improve the financial forecasts and budgets, and to streamline business processes. Before joining the Shamrock team, he was an accounts manager at Hancock Coal from 2011.

Polo Guilbert-Wright has over 17 years of experience working in government relations, public policy and communications in Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. He has worked for and with state and federal governments throughout his career across a range of sectors, including within the medical technology sector, which has been involved in some of the most challenging reforms in the past decade.
Prior to Edwards Lifesciences, Guilbert-Wright worked for MTAA, and the UK government and Home Office. He holds a Master’s in Public Policy and Administration from the London School of Economics and degrees in Arts/Law from the University of New South Wales.
