Leadership
As Managing Director of Gremalco, Paul is responsible for the strategic direction of the business. He brings decades of experience in Tier 1 construction companies, including time as General Manager at John Holland and National Manager at Transfield. Paul is a dynamic leader and drives excellence throughout every aspect of the business.
Along with the senior management team, he ensures that Gremalco’s project needs are clearly defined and cost-effective solutions are developed, tested and executed to achieve desired project outcomes. This has led to long-term relationships with many of the company’s clients.

Sam has over 20 years’ experience in project management and is a qualified and highly respected engineer. He has worked across a range of civil infrastructure disciplines including utilities infrastructure, roads and pavement construction, and telecommunications mobile infrastructure. As Gremalco’s Operations Manager, Sam’s remit extends to all things project delivery. He manages the delivery team consisting of engineers, technical and non-technical staff. He is a recognised leader with an engaging persona, which motivates his team to deliver exceptional outcomes for the clients.

Gabrielle is responsible for the full range of people and culture activities within the employment life cycle and she works closely with the senior management team to support key strategic planning decisions. Mina joined Gremalco in 2013 and has been an integral part of the company’s growth since then. He and his team perform an invaluable function within the business, sourcing and winning projects to secure an ongoing pipeline of work. A qualified and experienced engineer, Mina understands that project success is usually in the detail, which requires analysis, optimum solutions and a collaborative approach with all relevant project stakeholders.

Project Director
David has over 25 years’ experience across all aspects of the utilities industry, having worked on a vast number of projects and programs in the electrical, gas, telecommunications, and water sectors. At Gremalco, David's responsibilities focus on commercial and financial management, risk management, quality compliance as well as bid management, pricing and reviews. His role also involves leading improvement initiatives that often involve training and mentoring our workforce in change management programs.

His support on the ground makes a tangible difference to Gremalco's project teams.

Chris's remit extends to the management of the warehouse and plant department, facilities management and management of ICT functions. He is also the ISC of the company’s Integrated Management System. Chris takes pride in being part of the cohesive and collaborative senior management team, challenging the norm and providing solutions to strategic and operational issues. He is a lead connector with Mates in Construction and is a strong supporter of Gremalco’s wellbeing and social policies and initiatives.

Trent is an experienced Chartered Accountant and is responsible for Gremalco’s finance function, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, internal and external financial reporting, project financial reviews and payroll. Trent plays a pivotal role in maintaining the financial integrity of the business, driving financial strategies, and providing financial data that supports key business decisions.
