Leadership
Michelle Sloane joined SummitCare in July 2017. She holds qualifications in general and obstetric nursing and an MBA. She has extensive experience in health executive management, largely in the private hospital sector, in particular surgical, rehabilitation, palliative, mental health and addiction medicine.
Additionally, she has experience in pathology, medical IT and diagnostic areas. She holds board positions in the private hospital industry and is a past board member and current adviser to the Southern Highlands Community Hospital. Sloane has a collaborative style and enjoys building independent, agile teams able to respond to the ever-changing needs of the business.

Glenn Scott is an experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated CFO with over 10 years in CFO and senior management positions across diverse industries, including transportation and logistics, health care and retail. He is CPA and MBA qualified, with a proven record of establishing cross-functional partnerships to achieve optimal results. Scott possesses a unique combination of skills from developing and executing strategic initiatives, finance leadership, management and development of offshore shared services teams, IT planning and management, M&A activities and capital raising.
His diverse exposure ranges from managing a large multinational cross-functional finance department to managing the full finance and IT functions in a fast-paced SME. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing soccer.

Glenn Scott
Jeanine Betteridge has over 15 years of experience as a passionate generalist HR practitioner, with a focus on both operational and strategic HR management, both local and global, working across a number of industries – travel, retail, telecommunications, insurance, shipping and healthcare.
Betteridge has managed the employee life cycle from recruitment, induction and onboarding, performance management, engagement as well as talent and succession planning within diverse work environments, been a member of the senior management team in a number of her last roles where she developed the people initiatives in line with the five-year business plan, led change programs and acted as a business partner across all levels of business.
Always delivering the best solutions for the businesses, she has been a part of a team with a “can do” attitude to achieve and succeed. Betteridge has successfully completed a Master of Science in Human Resources Development, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Business (Professional Management). Her emphasis is integrating SummitCare’s core values into people strategies that serve the firm’s core purpose.

Amar Sharma

Amar Sharma joined SummitCare in 2012 and has worked across various roles within the business, firstly as an assistant accountant, moving to management roles and securing a leadership role as Regional Manager – Accommodation Services and Property Compliance.
Sharma holds a Bachelor’s in Commerce and a Master’s in Accounting. He works hard to ensure all SummitCare homes meet and exceed property compliance requirements and is a key advisor in planning projects. He is passionate about providing SummitCare residents and families with a home-like atmosphere while maintaining five-star service.
In his spare time, he enjoys playing and watching cricket and has a real passion for creating culinary treats at home for his wife and family.

Dilpreet Kaur joined SummitCare as a manager of care and wellbeing in 2014. She has been a valuable member of the SummitCare family for the last six years, during which she has progressed to the role of regional manager – compliance, governance and quality.
In the past, Kaur has worked for not-for-profit organisations such as Anglicare, Montefiore and Baptist Care. Her strengths are in health governance, project management and people management. She has a Bachelor’s in Nursing and Biotechnology and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Health Science Management from Western Sydney University. In her spare time, she loves cooking, travelling and reading. Kaur advocates for SummitCare’s residents and goes above and beyond to support and advise on core strategies for the business.

Nikita Vidyaev joined the organisation in 2020 as a manager, care and wellbeing at the firm’s Randwick Home. Shortly after, he became the general manager at Randwick and now holds the position of corporate general manager, business optimisation.
In the past, she worked as a registered nurse in an acute hospital setting in NSW Health. Vidyaev has a Bachelor of Nursing and Bachelor of Laws with a Diploma of Practice. In his spare time, he enjoys swimming, travelling and spending time with friends and family.

Silvia Bi joined SummitCare in May 2018 as group manager business services. She holds a Master of Accounting degree from Macquarie University and is a qualified CPA. She is an experienced finance manager with over 10 years of team leading, business partnering, project management and business process improvement experiences within finance and broader business operations in large global companies.
Bi’s style is collaborative, honest and open-minded. She believes there is always a better way of doing things and she loves to share knowledge, ideas and experiences with others. She enjoys working with people from different backgrounds, cultures and nationalities.

Dan Draper was appointed group chief underwriting officer in September 2022. He had previously served for more than two years as group head of underwriting at AXIS. Prior to that, he had been group chief risk and actuarial officer at VIBE. Before joining VIBE, Draper spent eight years with AXIS, holding a number of leadership roles that included group chief actuary, chief risk analytics officer, and insurance segment chief risk officer. Before that, he held managerial positions at the Financial Services Authority, XL Capital, and EY.
