Bendelta is a consultancy that empowers organisations, teams, and individuals to reach their full potential.
“We are a deeply human organisation based on the belief that everyone here is an adult and therefore has the judgement to make their own decisions,” says Anthony Mitchell, the cofounder and chief potential officer of Bendelta. “The first principle of the Bendelta Code is that ‘There are no rules.’ That’s because we trust everyone to set their own standards and approaches.”
The company is highly collaborative and fuelled by a generosity of spirit. It is a place without politics or internal competition, and it feels like a family – in the best sense of the word.
Bendelta stands out through its unwavering commitment to realising human potential. This drives them to deeply listen to their clients and to relentlessly innovate. What’s more, they are explorers, driven to go forward with their clients to discover new frontiers. They are always asking themselves:
What might better look like?
What might we try?
How can we learn from our experiences
so that we are better next time?
“Every person here knows that they have a leadership opportunity and responsibility, and that they have the licence to take whatever initiative might help make ‘a better Bendelta’ become a reality”

“The leaders of Bendelta are everyone who works here,” says Mitchell. “Everyone at Bendelta is truly a leader and that is what has enabled our sustained high performance. This is not a platitude, it is how Bendelta is designed. Every person here knows that they have a leadership opportunity and responsibility, and that they have the licence to take whatever initiative might help make ‘a better Bendelta’ become a reality.”
Perhaps their most important current strategy is creating the infrastructure (in many different forms) to enable them to scale up while making work easier, not harder. This includes investing in systems, technology, and new leadership roles to boost efficiency and productivity. They’ve always had great people doing great work, but they are now making this much more supported and sustainable.
This may sound a little dull compared to the excitement of some of their other strategies, but it means that their people will get better outcomes from their effort, which makes that effort feel much more worthwhile
Working with Bendelta, clients can expect that:
Everyone they deal with will be talented and incredibly dedicated.
They will listen to understand.
They will be solution-focused, emphasising what is best for the client.
They will strive to deliver excellence.
They won’t have to worry about any internal frictions or competition
within Bendelta.
