The company’s mission is to support their customers as they grow by providing a customised service that allows them to be more competitive in their markets. Their network supports customers in their international development.
The leaders of Bolloré Logistics Australia are:

Protecting biodiversity and sustainability within the workplace is at the forefront of all decisions which align with the company's strategic goals. “We have a panel of expert managers in their field and a strong leadership team, which lead and endorse first-rate principles when implementing new initiatives, methodologies, and action plans. Whether on a social, societal, or geographical level, our Bolloré managers respect our core business model and cultural diversity,” says Rita Spensieri.
Bolloré's methods of communication are delivered respectfully across international or national avenues, respecting its wonderful multicultural employees and creating an inclusive, equal identity for all.
Furthermore, Rita Spensieri says, “Not only is Bolloré a great place to work, it also supports employment of diverse backgrounds and people with disabilities. We collectively adopt best-practice processes in line with Australia’s Fair Work legislation and conditions.”
Sandeep Mehta adds, “There is a famous quote that says something like, ‘You don’t build business, you build people and then people build and grow the business’. This is something I have experienced working with Bolloré Logistics Australia, where there is a high focus on hiring, identifying, developing, and promoting the right people (talent), which has eventually grown the business significantly over time along with a positive impact on ESG performance, customer satisfaction, and higher employee satisfaction.”
Technology is at the heart of logistics performance and their creation of value. It is, however, the entrepreneurial spirit and individual commitment of the people at Bolloré Logistics that powers innovation and allows them to deliver service of the highest quality.
“Customers and other business partners can see these values reflected in the service that we deliver,” says Thibault Janssens. “A people-centric culture means that we care about our people. This level of care results in higher motivation to deliver customer satisfaction, thus positively impacting our social, environmental, and financial performance.”
