Pam White is responsible for Orygen’s people and culture function, which encapsulates the employee experience and volunteer engagement teams. She leads a passionate team continuing to make Orygen a great place to work. With over 25 years of senior experience both locally and globally, she has worked across a range of industries, from international development and not-for-profit, to retail, finance, and manufacturing. In particular, she has spent her career building and leading people and culture teams that embed themselves within the organisation, enabling the delivery of the vision and mission through people. Her team was awarded HRD’s Most Innovative HR team in 2019.

Natalie Rowell is responsible for Orygen’s talent acquisition and remuneration activities and has 14 years of recruitment experience gained both locally and in the UK. Having recruited across a range of industries, she brings a breadth of experience recruiting from a plethora of disciplines from C-suite to entry-level roles. She focuses on developing and mentoring high-performing teams who proactively business partner with clients to deliver positive workforce solutions, aligned to strategic outcomes.

Madhab Raj Paudel’s passion has always been to care for the elderly. He joined the Mark Moran Group in 2011 and is a testimony to the career progression at the company. His first role was registered nurse, and he progressed to care manager, then to education and quality manager, and to deputy director of nursing. He was appointed director of nursing in March 2019.

Ravi Prasad is the director of nursing, Warrawee. He has been a long-term clinician working with the Mark Moran Group since 2015. He has performed various management roles, including clinical care coordinator and deputy director of nursing. In his current role, he works tirelessly in the development of his teams and promotion of a positive and healthy culture for both residents and employees. Ravi’s strengths are his leadership style, business acumen, and well-developed emotional intelligence.

Dan Draper was appointed group chief underwriting officer in September 2022. He had previously served for more than two years as group head of underwriting at AXIS. Prior to that, he had been group chief risk and actuarial officer at VIBE. Before joining VIBE, Draper spent eight years with AXIS, holding a number of leadership roles that included group chief actuary, chief risk analytics officer, and insurance segment chief risk officer. Before that, he held managerial positions at the Financial Services Authority, XL Capital, and EY.
