Profile
Natalie Carrington is founder and CEO of Bloom HR, an award-winning HR consultancy that helps community, disability, education, Aboriginal Community Controlled and not-for-profit organisations build stronger workplaces and better outcomes for the people they serve.
Since founding Bloom HR in 2011, she has become a trusted adviser to boards, CEOs and executive teams across Australia, helping organisations navigate complex people challenges while creating workplaces where employees can thrive. Passionate about ensuring purpose-driven organisations gain access to the same quality HR support as large corporations, Natalie has dedicated her career to making practical, strategic and values-driven HR accessible to the community sector.
She is widely recognised for her work in pay equity, psychosocial safety, workplace investigations, leadership capability and the development of culturally safe HR infrastructure. She is also the creator of the Service Impact Chain™, a framework developed over 15 years that demonstrates the direct connection between employee experience, organisational capability and community outcomes.
In 2026, Natalie was named an HRD Elite Woman, while Bloom HR was recognised as a finalist in the NSW Business Awards for Excellence in Small Business and Employer of Choice. She was also recognised individually as a finalist for Outstanding Business Leader and the Australian Women’s Small Business Champion Awards.
