Taylah McCormick is a human resources business partner with a passion for helping leaders navigate people challenges while building trusted relationships across the business. Since joining SunPork in July 2024, she has partnered with leaders across the company’s farming, production and corporate functions, providing onsite HR support across regional Australia and helping drive consistent people practices across multiple sites.
McCormick’s expertise spans employee and industrial relations, with a strong focus on coaching leaders through grievances, performance management, workplace investigations and conflict resolution. She also ensures compliance with employment legislation, industrial instruments and enterprise agreements while leading SEDEX (SMETA) audits to uphold labour standards and ethical business practices. In addition, she has supported workforce planning, recruitment and organisational development initiatives that strengthen organisational capability.
Before joining SunPork, McCormick was the sole HR practitioner at Greenworx, where she managed end-to-end HR operations across three states, including payroll, workers’ compensation and recruitment. She implemented the organisation’s first HRIS and led successful ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 reaccreditations.
Passionate about developing leaders, McCormick enjoys equipping managers with the confidence, skills and support they need to navigate people matters effectively and foster positive, high-performing workplaces.
