Frank Monteleone leads the HR function at Rexall Pharmacy Group. His goal as CHRO is to serve as a cultural architect to champion employee experience and engagement, ultimately driving business results.
Since 2018, Monteleone has also served as the president and board chair of the Rexall Care Network. His multi-year HR strategy generated Rexall’s highest-ever employee opinion survey results and eNPS scores.
In 2023, DiversityCan Magazine honoured him as one of the Top 10 Chief Human Resources and Chief People Officers.
His team has been recognized with numerous awards, including Best Workplaces in Canada, Best Workplaces for Women, and Great Place to Work (2022 and 2023).
