As a privately held company, Fidelity invests in long-term plans and initiatives for success. Their culture of listening and improving sets them apart as a top financial services provider and employer.
Fidelity Canada's 2023 goals are to delight clients, improve operations, and create a great workplace culture.

We value authentic and honest conversations, and create programs that help our colleagues, their family members and their communities prosper,” Diana Godfrey, Senior Vice-President, Human Resources and Corporate Affairs.
Fidelity’s diversity, equity and inclusion efforts are aligned with their overall business objectives and values, ensuring that all employees can thrive and contribute to the success of the business. Many of their Senior Executives support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) by volunteering to be ERG sponsors. In addition to promoting excellence in the workplace, Fidelity Canada also recognizes the importance of giving back to the community. In 2022, Employees volunteered more than 730 hours at organizations including BGC Canada, Daily Bread Food Bank, and Rose of Sharon Services. To further support community involvement, full-time employees with six months of service receive two paid days off to volunteer each year.
Fidelity recognizes that in today’s remote work environment, employees have more virtual meetings than ever before. To alleviate videoconferencing fatigue, Fidelity has implemented a policy granting employees a day off from Zoom meetings once per month, allowing them to catch up on work.
As part of Fidelity’s commitment to creating an inclusive workplace, they’ve designed a new inclusive wellness centre with gender-neutral washrooms and showers, a prayer and meditation room, a first-aid room, water fountain and a mother's room. There is also a library for employees to borrow and donate books, games room, walking station and more.
For those in need of a pick-me-up, the company offers complimentary gourmet coffee and other beverages from the in-office barista from Monday to Thursday.
