Leadership
As president of ADP Canada, Holger Kormann is responsible for the overall strategic management, direction and growth for the country’s leading provider of people management solutions. He leads ADP Canada’s senior leadership team and its 2,000 associates across the country. Holger joined ADP in December 2015, bringing with him two decades of experience and leadership in the information technology and outsourcing industries in North America and Europe. Most recently, he held dual roles of CEO and general manager of Atos Canada and Senior Vice President, Indirect Channels of Atos North America. Prior to Atos, Holger was vice president and CEO Canada at Siemens IT Solutions and Service Business Solutions and the energy and media market vertical for North America. At Siemens, he successfully managed a variety of roles with increasing responsibility in general management, sales and marketing.
Holger received his BA from the University of Applied Sciences in Hamburg, Germany and an MBA from the University of Hamburg. He and his family live in Toronto, Ontario.

As ADP’s division vice president for service delivery, Helen is accountable for the entire service portfolio in Canada, including client success, strategy and operations, national accounts, major accounts, small business solutions, HR outsourcing, production and logistics, and Tier 2 technical support. With over 26 years of experience, Helen joined ADP in 2007 and began her career as the vice president of the Project Management Office for the US-based Small Business Solutions Division. Helen transitioned from division to front line operations and was promoted to vice president of client services for the largest small business region.
Prior to joining ADP Canada, Helen served as the division vice president of service operations for small business. She held a variety of positions in all aspects of project management for companies such as EDS and Key Bank. She is a certified Project Management Professional and Six Sigma Green belt. Helen has her master’s certificate in Project Management from George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Ramapo College of New Jersey.

As a member of the senior leadership team, Mohamad leads the product management and development organization for the Canada product portfolio. Mohamad has over 25 years of experience delivering enterprise software solutions and leading transformational initiatives focused on accelerating product delivery, improving the customer experience, and increasing employee engagement.
Prior to ADP, Mohamad was vice president, research and development at Ceridian. Before Ceridian, he was vice president of product development at ParTech, a point-of-sale solution provider. Mohamad also held senior leadership and technical roles at Teranet, Nokia Networks, and Ericsson Communication. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Concordia University, Montréal and an MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University, Ontario.

As vice president, digital transformation and enablement, Gurteg Grewal leads a multidisciplinary Centre of Excellence responsible for delivering strategic initiatives, providing technical and product support and digital transformation across Canada. He joined ADP in 2017, bringing with him over a decade of experience and leadership in consulting, strategy, HR technology, people leadership, delivering enterprise software solutions and leading transformational initiatives. Previously, Gurteg worked at RBC Royal Bank and Accenture in increasingly senior roles. He earned his bachelor’s degree from York University in Toronto.

Nashir Jiwani joined TSSA as interim vice president, operations, in February 2020. After a brief departure, he returned to the role in August 2021. Leading the largest single team in the organization, Jiwani oversees the ongoing development of processes, standard operating procedures, methodologies, controls, and overall best practices to enhance TSSA’s core capabilities and achieve operational efficiencies.
An accomplished senior executive, Jiwani was formerly VP of operations, Americas, at CSA Group; COO and construction manager at Aliya’s Foods; VP of operations at Hartmann North America; and managing director at DuPont Canada.
Jiwani holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering degree from McGill University, an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the Schulich School of Business at York University, and a Chartered Director designation from the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University.

Rhonda English is a CPA, CMA and obtained her Honors Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and her MBA from the Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario. Rhonda joined CM Club Group as vice president of insurance, then took the role of vice president corporate marketing, overseeing business insights & analytics and the acquisition and retention of the CM lines of business.
