Linda Krebs is an award-winning talent acquisition leader with 20+ years of experience designing recruitment strategies that connect top talent with transformative opportunities.
As global head of talent acquisition for corporate functions at Nokia, she partners with senior executives to shape global workforce strategies, deliver market-driven insights, and embed inclusive hiring practices that strengthen organizational capability.
Previously, Krebs led Nokia’s early careers recruitment across the Americas, tripling program participation to a record-breaking 538 students in Canada and earning multiple awards for program excellence. She is a recognized thought leader, speaking at events such as Future of Work Canada and The Globe and Mail’s Attracting Top Talent, where she shares expertise on Gen Z hiring, employer branding, and DEI.

A significant part of his focus today is staying ahead of regulatory change while maintaining a seamless client experience. He tracks updates from regulators and lenders closely and works with his teams to adjust systems as needed.
“My approach to my role and my career has always been rooted in passion, focus, and a relentless pursuit of excellence,” he says. “I’ve never been driven solely by profit or business metrics. I believe in hiring great talent, trusting them, and pushing boundaries because innovation doesn’t come from playing it safe.”
