Jennifer Rozon believes an exceptional client experience starts with an exceptional employee experience. As division president of McLean & Company, she puts that belief into practice while setting the HR research & advisory firm’s vision and strategy across research, product development, business development, and customer experience.
An analytical, people-focused leader, Rozon has guided McLean & Company through sustained growth over the past decade while creating an environment where team members can do their best work. She sees change as an opportunity to improve performance and turn strong ideas into action.
Rozon is also shaping a human-centric approach to AI in HR, championing AI-enabled products, learning programs, and advisory offerings that help HR leaders use technology to enhance the employee experience.
At McLean & Company, her work has spanned research, business development, corporate strategy, and product development. She also helped pioneer some of the firm’s earliest HR research blueprints and diagnostic products, including its Employee Engagement Program.
Before joining the firm, Rozon built experience at Human Resources and Skills Development Canada, BlackBerry, and Wal-Mart. She earned her Honours Business Administration degree from Ivey Business School at Western University.
