Profile
Karrina Dusablon is an advocate, strategist, and changemaker whose influence on people, culture, and community exemplifies what it means to be an Elite Woman in the HR industry. With 30 years of human resources leadership experience, she is a transformative CHRO who has elevated every dimension of the employee experience at Équité Association.
As a trusted advisor to the executive team, Dusablon aligns people strategy with the organization’s mission and champions a culture where employees feel recognized, empowered, and connected to Équité’s purpose. She oversees workforce planning, organizational design, compliance, audit readiness, and HR policy governance. Her impacts are measurable, meaningful, and continues to position Équité for sustainable growth.
Dusablon’s influence extends far beyond the workplace. She volunteers her time and fundraising efforts to support Alzheimer’s research and primary caregivers, a cause made deeply personal by the loss of her father to the disease. She also volunteers with a women’s group focused on eating disorders. Separately, at a women’s shelter, she helps women in vulnerable circumstances rebuild their professional lives by refining résumés, coaching them on interview skills, and donating professional attire so they can approach interviews with confidence.
