Natalie Bell is the founder of Natalie Bell Consulting, a people, leadership, and culture practice based in Winnipeg. With more than 25 years of experience in HR, she brings extensive corporate experience to her work supporting small and mid-sized organizations across Canada.
Bell launched her practice in 2022 around a simple belief: people are the point. Her work includes organizational reviews, strategic employee relations, policy development, and leadership coaching. She helps organizations move beyond reactive HR, equipping leaders to navigate complex workplace challenges with greater clarity and confidence.
As a sought-after speaker and facilitator, Bell also brings conversations about leadership and workplace culture to conferences, organizations, and community spaces, making complex workplace topics practical and relatable.
A Certified Work-Life Strategist and CPHR candidate, Bell was named one of the 2026 100 Accomplished Black Canadian Women and received CPHR Manitoba’s 2026 Momentum Award. She is a former Board Director for the Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce, where she served for four years and is immediate past president of the Congress of Black Women of Manitoba.
Bell brings a direct, deeply human approach to her work, asking questions that help leaders think differently and move workplace conversations forward. It’s what she calls “a breath of fresh HR.”
