Jay Woo began his career as a structural risk engineer and fire inspector specializing in complex industrial risks. Using this field experience, Jay then moved into the property and casualty insurance technology area where he pioneered the development of advanced predictive risk-based systems, and more recently, machine learning algorithms. The combination of field-based risk experience and insurance technology expertise enables him to lead the success of CCG as president and CEO.
Fluent in three languages, Jay is a published author and serves as a medical pilot on weekends. He was also shortlisted as a NASA Astronaut in 2016.

Since joining CCG in 2011, Apra has taken on progressive leadership positions leading up to her current role as chief innovation officer overseeing the IT Application Delivery and Innovation teams. During this time, she has spearheaded the company’s technology transformation journey, innovating and modernizing our software applications, successfully implementing industry-leading software solutions such as Guidewire, SAP, Success Factors, and various Digital Solutions at CCG. With decades of management experience in the business operations and insurance sectors, Anita Mueller is accountable for the end-to-end customer experience for CAA club sales and service in call centres, plus the overall performance of Manitoba’s regional operations. Passionate and focused on Member and public safety, she also oversees CCG’s roadside rescue teams.
Anita holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Honours degree from Wilfrid Laurier University. She has also earned the Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP) designation, the highest professional designation in Canada’s property and casualty industry, from the Insurance Institute of Canada.

Mary Duncan is a human resources, corporate shared services, and communications executive who serves as the group chief human resources officer at CAA Club Group. This role encompasses all aspects of HR, including talent management, learning and development, total rewards, facilities and corporate services, and corporate communications.
Mary is an alumna of the Advanced Program in Human Resources Management, and earned her CHRL from the Joseph L Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. She also holds an MBA Program Certificate from the Schulich School of Business.

Kin Lee-Yow’s combination of banking, payment, retail, e-commerce, and insurance technology experience has enabled him to contribute to the success and leadership positions in three large organizations in Canada, culminating in his current role as the CIO of CAA Club Group. Kin is a graduate of Computer Science and Information Systems from the University of Waterloo. He also holds a Kellogg-Schulich master’s degree in Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional.

With decades of experience, Catherine Sieniewicz has always been devoted to growing within the travel and retail industry. Catherine became director of retail and travel at CCG in May 2019. Rhonda English is a CPA, CMA and obtained her Honors Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and her MBA from the Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario. Rhonda joined CAA Club Group as vice president of insurance, then took the role of vice president corporate marketing, overseeing business insights & analytics and the acquisition and retention of the CAA lines of business. In 2016, she was named chief marketing officer, taking on additional responsibility for travel and membership product, digital, and the government & community relations advocacy team.
