Shawn Gibson is the chief human resources officer for Info-Tech Research Group, leading and supporting all aspects of HR, including operations; talent acquisition; employee engagement; diversity, equity, and inclusion; learning & development; employee relations; and more. He has held a variety of roles in operations, management, and executive leadership during his tenure at Info-Tech, allowing him to draw from his in-depth knowledge and experience with the company to develop and implement HR strategies that align and complement the overall business strategy. Gibson is a proud alumnus of Western University.

With 15+ years of experience in HR and talent acquisition, Tracy Macfie is the director, operations and research talent acquisition at Info-Tech Research Group. In her role, she works closely with senior leaders to align talent strategies with business objectives, including the design and delivery of onboarding programs and the development and launch of HR diagnostics with a focus on engagement.
Macfie leads a skilled team that oversees talent operations across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment and talent programs and sourcing candidates for diverse roles across various functions. She holds a BA in psychology and a diploma in HR management.

Sean McConlogue has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, with particular emphasis on specialty program development. Before joining the company in 2003, McConlogue served as president of Affinity Insurance Services, and prior to that held senior-level management positions with Tristar Insurance Services, Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., and Xerox Corporation.
McConlogue earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California, San Diego and a master’s degree in international management from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management.

Dan Draper was appointed group chief underwriting officer in September 2022. He had previously served for more than two years as group head of underwriting at AXIS. Prior to that, he had been group chief risk and actuarial officer at VIBE. Before joining VIBE, Draper spent eight years with AXIS, holding a number of leadership roles that included group chief actuary, chief risk analytics officer, and insurance segment chief risk officer. Before that, he held managerial positions at the Financial Services Authority, XL Capital, and EY.
