Frank Monteleone leads the HR function at Rexall Pharmacy Group. His goal as CHRO is to serve as a cultural architect to champion employee experience and engagement, ultimately driving business results. His multiyear HR strategy has generated Rexall’s highest-ever employee opinion survey results and eNPS scores.
Since 2018, Monteleone has also served as the president and board chair of the Rexall Care Network (RCN). Each day, the RCN takes active steps to take care of caregivers, so they can care for the ones they love.
In 2023, DiversityCan Magazine honoured him as one of the Top 10 Chief Human Resources and Chief People Officers. His team has been recognized with numerous awards, including the Canadian HR Awards – HR Team of the Year (Retail/Hospitality) (2020, 2022, and 2024) and has made HRD Innovative HR Teams list for three consecutive years. Frank is honoured to be recognized on the HRD Global 100 list for a second consecutive year.
