Ben Teusse is the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Habit Health, after co-founding the company in 2002. As a Physiotherapist with a Master’s degree in Health Practice, he has seen first-hand how evidence-based rehabilitation and integrated health services can improve a person’s quality of life. With a strong focus on diversity and inclusion, Ben's passion is to deliver integrated and partnered care in an ‘altogether better’ manner, bridging the unnecessary gaps between public and private health funding.

Ciaran Quinn is the Chief Financial Officer and a Director of Habit Health. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with substantial consulting and industry experience. At Habit Health, Ciaran provides strategic recommendations to the Executive Management Team and Board. He is responsible for the financial reporting and budgeting processes and advising on M&A and long-term business and financial planning.

Leigh-Ann is passionate about the health and fitness industry, nurturing high-performing teams and ensuring Habit is a place where staff feel fulfilled and driven with purpose.

With a deep commitment to equity and access in healthcare, she is passionate about ensuring that all individuals have the opportunity to achieve better health outcomes, particularly through education, early intervention and sustainable primary healthcare services. As Chief Clinical Officer, Julie is responsible for driving excellence across three key pillars of business operations: clinical quality, operational efficiency and service growth.
